About Operation Freedom
Operation Freedom mobilizes churches and Christians throughout America to stand up and speak out against tyrannical, ungodly government and to proclaim God’s law and gospel throughout the land, as the only standard of truth for all areas of life and society.
With the aid and support of local churches and likeminded Christian organizations throughout America, our goals are as follows:
1. To call our nation to humble repentance towards God and faith in Jesus Christ, recognizing Him as the ultimate law giver and true King of America (and beyond).
2. To demand that our civil leaders repent from tyrannical, ungodly rules, behavior, legislation and decisions that have usurped the authority of Jesus Christ and His law and have replaced it with man-made humanistic laws of the state.
3. To stand against the public celebration of evil with the public proclamation of the gospel through street preaching and evangelism on a local and national scale.
4. To get each American Christian involved: “Pray, Promote, Protest and Preach”:
Pray: Pray for our nation and it’s leaders to return to the Word of God as their absolute standard for truth in all decisions, legislation and policies. Pray for front line evangelists, for the means, tools and finances to reach America with a message of the gospel and urgent reformation.
Promote: Promote biblical principles within their families, churches and communities according to God’s laws and through supporting biblical candidates in local and national elections.
Protest: Stand up against ungodly legislation, pagan ideologies, abortion, homosexual marriage and the public celebration of evil throughout your state, cities and neighborhoods, proclaiming Jesus Christ as the ultimate authority and the One True King over all nations, kingdoms and societies.
Preach: Through the public proclamation of the gospel by means of street preaching and evangelism and by participating in and support local and national events. Encouraging church pastors to educate and encourage their congregations stand up for Christ and get involved in all of the areas above, declaring God’s law as the only foundation for truth for a society.
Target issues are: Abortion, the re-definition of marriage, inappropriate involvement of the civil government in churches, family and personal lives of individuals, homosexuality, over taxation, fiscal dishonesty, exorbitant national debt, exaltation of pagan ideology, squashing freedom of speech, the removal of parental rights and many more. These issues have been condoned and promoted by our government as things that are right and socially just for the greater good when in reality they are in direct violation of the word of God and everything freedom stands for.
