Steve McDowell explains how open air preaching has transformed societies from the first century forward. Steve McDowell is from the Providence Foundation and was featured in the documentary, “Go Stand Speak: The Forgotten Power of the Public Proclamation of the Gospel.” Steve also wrote a great book called “America’s Providential History” which we use daily in our homeschool curriculum. It’s the best American History teaching tool I’ve found so far. Highly recommended.
Rusty Lee Thomas is a kingdom warrior…I highly recommend you read his blog and watch this “family altar series”. His blog is here. In my opinion, and I believe biblically, we must think twice before we street preach if our family gets neglected or unsupported. If you’re a family man called to preach publicly, keep an eye on Rusty’s blog for encouragement and good tips on family leadership.
Coach Dave from Pass the Salt Ministries asks the question, “When you think of Jesus’ attitude and personality, do you think He was more like Mother Teresa or Braveheart?” His explanation is powerful, biblical and inspiring. See more videos at gostandspeak.com
